New York — Where It All Started

New York holds a special place in my work, and I think it always will. This is where my whole journey started — with one small minimalist pastel design that somehow found its way onto walls across the world. Since then, I have spent years drawing, sketching, and reimagining this city from dozens of angles, and New York still keeps giving me new reasons to pick up the pencil.

What keeps pulling me back is the way the city manages to feel enormous and intimate at the same time. Times Square blazing, and two blocks away someone reading a book in Bryant Park. The Brooklyn Bridge at dawn, Central Park in autumn, the Statue of Liberty catching late sun across the harbour. I try to carry some of that texture into every piece, whether it is a clean minimalist skyline, a soft watercolour, or a detailed map of the boroughs.

If you are exploring the collection, you will find New York in almost every style I work in. There are classic NYC skyline prints in eighteen different colour schemes, available vertical or horizontal. If you love gallery walls, the coordinated 3-piece sets are designed to sit together beautifully, and my newer typography-map-skyline sets add an extra layer of storytelling. For something with more detail, there are hand-drawn New York cityscapes and retro NYC posters with a vintage travel-poster feel.
