► Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the country of destination. It usually takes at least 2 weeks after shipment for an international order to be delivered, but in some cases, it can take longer. It is also possible that the package could be held up at your local post office because it was too large to be delivered. Please check with your local postal services first to see if they have your order.
► Shipping estimates are according to the average delivery time of your National Post Office, but are not a guarantee.
► Orders can be shipped to any address if you purchased them as a gift. A free from cost wish card can be included with your note on it. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
►I do try to provide the best customer service as I can, so don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any concern/query.
My artworks are print on demand products and tailor made to each client individual specifications and due the UK and European Union regulations about made to order goods, cannot be returned or exchanged.
So, please be sure for the color scheme, size and orientation before complete your purchase.

DAMAGED PRINTS
If your order arrived damaged or something went wrong, don’t worry!
Please take a photo of the print(s) and one of the package and contact me as soon as possible, to arrange a replacement.
If you do not contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, I will assume you are happy with your print(s), and the transaction will be finalised.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES – UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
► Orders will be shipped to the address you have provide me in the shipping form.
Please double check the delivery address prior to submitting an order!
Anything returned to me, or lost due to an incorrect address or due to being unclaimed / unsuccessful attempts for delivery will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer or a refund less shipping charges once I receive the items back in the original condition.
If the package is not returned in its original condition (damaged), unfortunately you will charge with additional 35% of original order price for the reprinting.
For items returned with “Free Shipping” promotion the new fees will be depended from the destination country (please advise the standard shipping fees table).
► Please allow 35 days (overseas orders) or 20 days (Europe’s orders) for the worst-case scenario before considering that a package is lost.
CANCELLATIONS
► In the case of cancellation, you have to contact me within 1 hour from your purchase, and I will refund you the full amount charged.
