What is the minimum order quantity for trade pricing?

Trade pricing starts at 5 prints. Orders below 5 units are processed at retail prices. There is no upper limit — bespoke quotes are available for 50+ prints.

Yes. Samples are available at cost price and are deducted from your first qualifying order of 15+ prints. Contact us with your preferred designs, sizes and finishes.

Yes. ArtPrintsVicky Ltd is UK VAT registered (GB383098274). Full VAT invoices are issued for every trade order. UK and EU B2B clients with valid VAT numbers may qualify for reverse-charge invoicing.

Production is 2–4 business days for standard orders. Professional tier (15–49 prints) receives priority production of 2 business days. Enterprise orders (50+) are scheduled with a confirmed delivery date at quote stage.

We can ship to a single address, or split shipments across multiple destinations at no extra handling cost. Shipping is quoted per destination based on carrier rates. We print locally in the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia, so multi-country rollouts avoid cross-border duties.

Yes, on the Enterprise tier (50+ prints). We can apply custom brand colours, add discreet logos, or adapt existing designs to match your identity. A design proof is sent before production for written approval.

Starter and Professional tiers are paid via card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay at order. Enterprise clients can apply for 30-day invoice payment on approval — proof of company registration and a first paid order are required.

All files are archived against your account. Reorders use the same print files, paper stock and colour profiles as your original order — so unit 12 looks identical to unit 1, even two years later.

Report damage within 7 days of delivery with photos. Replacements are produced and shipped free of charge — no return required. Made-to-order items are not eligible for refund or exchange outside of damage claims.

Yes. Every trade order is saved against your company account. Reorders can be placed by email referencing your order number, and the same pricing tier applies based on the reorder quantity.

No. Trade discounts supersede promotional codes and seasonal sales. The higher discount applies — trade pricing is usually better.

ArtPrintsVicky retains copyright of all designs. Trade clients receive a non-exclusive licence to display the purchased prints in their properties. Resale of the prints as standalone products is not permitted.
