Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
•Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
•Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
Retention of Data:
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data as available in my shop files.
Your rights as a buyer:
•Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information (which is name, address, email address and phone number) I keep about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
•Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information except for any information I need to fulfill legal obligations.

I have Google Analytics enabled in my shop. I have asked Google to retain the information for 26 months. I do not share the information received through Google unless required to for legal reasons.
I do try to provide the best customer service as I can, so don't hesitate to contact me if you have any concern/query.
My artworks are print on demand products and tailor made to each client individual specifications and due the UK and European Union regulations about made to order goods, cannot be returned or exchanged.
So, please be sure for the color scheme, size and orientation before complete your purchase.
If your order arrived damaged or something went wrong, don't worry!
Please take a photo of the print(s) and one of the package and contact me as soon as possible, to arrange a replacement.
If you do not contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, I will assume you are happy with your print(s), and the transaction will be finalised.
Please double check the delivery address prior to submitting an order!
Packages that returned to me or lost due to an incorrect address or due to being unclaimed / unsuccessful attempts for delivery will result in new shipping fees which will be your responsibility.
If the package is not returned in its original condition (damaged), unfortunately you will charge with additional 35% of original order price for the reprinting.
If the carrier marks a package as delivered but you haven't received it, I cannot cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
In such rare case, I recommend:
1. Check around the house, neighbours, or front desk if an apartment.
2. Ask your mailman in case he marked as delivered and kept it for an other route
3. Contact with the carrier with your tracking number and asked them the GPS data showing where it was scanning.
All UK & EU orders will received the print(s) in centimetres, all other destinations in inches.
