What is the difference between posters and prints?
There is no difference at all! Since both words are used in Europe and the US respectively we also use them for referring to the same type and quality of product.
What is the difference between inches and centimeters (cm)?
Inches are used in the American metric system and centimeters (cm) in the European one.
Can you frame my print of choice, for me?
Sadly, no. I don’t offer any framing. Any framed image on display is just for presentational and recommendation purposes. I’ve had good luck with getting frames online or in well known multinational shops. They have just about any size you’d want.
Are you available for customized artwork / commissions?
Yes! Always depending on my schedule and on what you have in mind. I might not be familiar with whatever you want a poster/print for, so please include a detailed description about what your thoughts for the design. Also, reference images are always a big help (and they are used just as an example). That been said, I still might not be able to come up with a design that suits your needs if it is something I am completely unfamiliar with. However, this is a very rare case so please do not hesitate to contact me.
I need a poster/print on a particular date, is this possible?
Maybe. Since all my posters/prints are printed only after they are ordered, please contact me BEFORE you place your order so we can discuss it.
What is the distressed, chalkboard or retro style?
Please note that some of the posters/prints in my shop are displayed with a retro/distressed/chalkboard effect applied to the design. They were deliberately created that way to add richness, classiness and character. These are not “black marks,” “grease spots,” “smeared printing,” or “damages to the print”! Please, carefully study the details of the product on my site and keep that in mind when ordering.
Can I get a poster/print in a size that is not already available?
Definitely. Just contact me with what you have in mind and I will set it up for you.
Can I get faster shipping or a different shipping method?
Yes, upgraded shipping is available upon request, please contact me before you place your order.
My order hasn’t been delivered yet, where is it?
Sadly, I do not know anything more than you about that. Please contact your local post office to get an official update. Keep the tracking number that was been sent to you, at hand.
Can I get a digital version of a poster so I can print it myself?
Of course. Please, contact me for your request.
What happens if my print is damaged?
If your order is damaged or something is wrong, don’t worry! Please take a picture and send it to me immediately. I will arrange for a replacement. If you do not contact me within three (3) days after you received your order, I will assume that you are satisfied, the transaction is finalized and you can not return the product, request a refund or a replacement.
Unclaimed Packages/Incorrect Address
Please double check the shipping address prior to submitting an order! Anything returned to me or lost due to an incorrect address or due to being unclaimed / unsuccessfully delivered after several attempts, will result in new shipping charges. These charges will be a costumer’s responsibility.
What happens if my order is lost in mail?
If the postal services have lost your package, I’ll replace your order.
